General provisions
This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure their security carried out by the Operator.
The Operator is entered in the Register of operators engaged in the processing of personal data under registration number 77-25-452250 on the basis of Roskomnadzor Order No. 495 of 08.07.2025 (start date of processing — 07.07.2025).
The Operator processes the personal data of users of the "Юрист Ai" service, located at https://юрист-аи.рф (hereinafter — the "Service").
This Policy is published in open access and must be observed by the Operator when processing personal data.

Composition of the personal data processed
In short. Email and name — for login and emails. We do not store payment cards, only the transaction id and amount. IP/device — technical telemetry. Contract texts — processed only to provide the Services.
Email — for registration of a Personal Account, sending magic login links, receipts, and notifications about check results.
User name (optional) — for personalizing greetings in emails and the interface.
Payment data — processed solely by the payment provider (ЮKassa); the Operator stores only the transaction identifier and amount, having no access to bank card details.
IP address, device type, browser, date and time of visits — processed automatically for technical purposes.
Texts of contracts uploaded by users and reports generated on their basis — treated as access-restricted information and processed solely within the framework of providing the Services.

Purposes of processing
provision of Services for checking contracts according to the public offer;
identification and authentication of users;
payment for selected plans and generation of receipts under 54-ФЗ;
notification of users about check status, new functions, and changes to service terms;
compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
improvement of the Service and analysis of its use (in anonymized form).

Legal grounds for processing
Consent of the personal data subject, expressed through acceptance of the public offer (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of 152-ФЗ).
Performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 5 of 152-ФЗ).
Achievement of the purposes provided for by law (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 2 of 152-ФЗ).

Methods and terms of processing
Processing is carried out both with the use of automation tools and without their use.
The term of processing of personal data is until the moment the user withdraws consent or until the purposes of processing are achieved.
Email and registration data are stored for the duration of the Personal Account and for another 3 years after its deletion (for accounting and tax purposes).
Contract and report texts are stored until they are deleted by the user from the Personal Account.
Payment information is stored for 5 years in accordance with the requirements of accounting legislation.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
The list is limited. Only contractors without whom the service does not work: ЮKassa (payments), Anthropic (AI analysis), Yandex (emails), REG.RU (hosting). No advertising networks or data brokers.
The Operator does not transfer users' personal data to third parties, except for:
transfer to the payment provider (ЮKassa) for processing payment;
transfer to the email delivery provider — Yandex LLC (Yandex Mail, ИНН 7736207543, КПП 770401001, ОГРН 1027700229193, legal address: 119021, Moscow, ul. Lva Tolstogo, 16; https://ya.ru/) — for sending emails;
transfer to the artificial intelligence technology provider Anthropic, PBC (USA) — the content of contracts for the purposes of analysis within the framework of providing the Services;
transfer to the hosting provider — Domain Name Registrar REG.RU LLC (ИНН 7733568767, КПП 774301001, ОГРН 1067746613494, legal address: 125315, Moscow, intracity territory of the municipal district Aeroport, Leningradsky pr-kt, 72, bldg. 3; http://www.reg.ru; servers are located on the territory of the Russian Federation) — for hosting the server infrastructure.
With all third parties gaining access to personal data, agreements have been concluded obliging them to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data.
Cross-border transfer: data may be transferred outside the Russian Federation for the purposes of providing the Service (for the operation of the AI infrastructure). The Operator has submitted the corresponding notification to Roskomnadzor. The AI technology provider ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with international security standards (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and similar).

Security measures

Rights of personal data subjects
to receive information about the processing of their personal data;
to demand the clarification, blocking, or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully obtained;
to withdraw consent to processing at any time by deleting the Personal Account or sending a written request to the email lawyer@molodof.ru;
to appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

The Service uses cookies for authentication, usage analytics (Yandex.Metrica), and saving interface settings.
The User can manage cookies through their browser settings. Disabling cookies may make it impossible to use certain functions of the Service.
