Consent to the Processing of
Processing Policy

By registering on the "Юрист Ai" service (address: https://юрист-аи.рф) or using it without registration (uploading a contract text, submitting a question to a lawyer), the User gives Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Anatolyevich Molodov (ОГРНИП 323370000009107, ИНН 370262266530, registration number in the Register of PD operators 77-25-452250 — Roskomnadzor Order No. 495 of 08.07.2025) consent to the processing of their personal data on the following terms.

• Emailfor login, receipts, and notifications
• Namewhen voluntarily provided
• Contactsphone/messenger when submitting a question to a lawyer
• Contract textsuploaded documents and generated reports
• Technical dataIP address, device type, time of visits

• provision of Services for checking contracts according to the public offer;
• identification of the User in the Personal Account;
• processing payment for the selected plan;
• sending receipts, notifications about check results, and responses to questions to the lawyer;
• informational mailings (which the User may opt out of at any time).

The User gives consent to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data both with the use of automation tools and without their use.

The User agrees that their personal data may be transferred to the following third parties solely for the purposes specified above:

• NBCO YuMoney LLC (ЮKassa) — for processing payments;
• Anthropic, PBC (USA) — for analyzing uploaded contracts using artificial intelligence technology;
• Yandex LLC (Yandex Mail, ИНН 7736207543, КПП 770401001, ОГРН 1027700229193, legal address: 119021, Moscow, ul. Lva Tolstogo, 16; https://ya.ru/) — for sending emails;
• Domain Name Registrar REG.RU LLC (ИНН 7733568767, КПП 774301001, ОГРН 1067746613494, legal address: 125315, Moscow, intracity territory of the municipal district Aeroport, Leningradsky pr-kt, 72, bldg. 3; http://www.reg.ru) — for hosting the server infrastructure on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The User agrees to the possible cross-border transfer of data for the purposes of the operation of the AI infrastructure on the basis of Art. 12 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ.

1. This consent is valid for the entire period of use of the Service and for 3 (three) years after deletion of the Personal Account.
2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by:
   • deleting the Personal Account through the Service interface;
   • sending a written application to the email lawyer@molodof.ru.
3. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator ceases processing personal data within 30 days from the moment of receiving the application, except for data whose mandatory storage is established by law (accounting and tax reporting).

By performing any of the following actions, the User confirms that they have read this Consent and agree to its terms:
