We do not take into account verbal agreements, correspondence with the counterparty, or the historical context of the relationship.

What to do if something is unclear
In every report — an "Ask a lawyer" button. Free of charge for all plans. A lawyer will look at the specific clause and answer personally — usually within a few hours.

When you cannot rely solely on our service
In certain situations, even a ready document from the Service is worth additionally checking with a live lawyer via the “Ask a lawyer” button — for example, if:
The amount in dispute or the contract value is significant (from several hundred thousand rubles and up).
The document concerns real estate, corporate rights, inheritance, or family relations.
The case has an international element (a foreign counterparty, the applicable law of another country).
The document is being submitted under pressure or under time constraints.
Criminal law and related documents — the Service does not handle this area.
